How payment processing works in Ziteboard?

All major credit and debit cards are accepted.

Paypal credit cards

Paypal (a web payment processor) is used to process payments, but only recurring subscriptions require a Paypal account. One time payments (buy button) don't require you to register a Paypal account. If your email address or credit card is registered at Paypal, it will require you to log in.

How to pay without a Paypal account?

Only one-time plans can be purchased with credit cards, for subscriptions a Paypal account is needed. Follow these steps to purchase a one-time plan without having a Paypal account.

  • Before you purchase for a Pro plan, it's worth to register a free Ziteboard account.
  • Click the BUY button in the One Week Pro column on Ziteboard's pricing page.
  • Click the Continue button:

  • Click the 'Create an Account' button. Don't worry, you won't really create an account.

  • Choose your country from the first list. Without filling any fields, click the 'Pay Now' button at the end. With this trick, Paypal shows which fields are obligatory. Fill the necessary fields and click 'Pay Now' again.

  • After a successful payment, there are different scenarios.

    • If you already have a free Ziteboard account and the email address of your Ziteboard account is the same that you used at Paypal, then your account automatically becomes Pro and you will be notified in email promptly.

    If your Ziteboard account is different from the one you used at Paypal, write us an email so we can connect your payment to your Ziteboard account.

    If you don't have a Ziteboard account yet, register one from the app's menu and write us an email with the details.

How subscription works?

For (monthly or annual) subscriptions you have to have a Paypal account, so create one, if you don't have one yet. Once you are ready, click the subscription button on the pricing page and follow the instructions. It's important to write us an email in case the email you use at Paypal and the email you use for Ziteboard are different, otherwise we won't know which Ziteboard account to upgrade to Pro. If the two emails are the same, it's automatically processed and you'll receive a verification email shortly.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime. Log in to your Paypal account and visit this link: https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/autopay/ to manage your subscriptions. If you need help, write us a message.
