   <p>Known as Stir-fried ice cream. A interesting concept for making rolled-up strips of ice cream. Popular street food in Southeast Asia such as Thailand. People from other countries started to record video for the process of the rolled ice cream and upload on social media accounts. The video from social media was become so popular and other countries to take up the trend of making rolled ice cream.</p>
   <p> Process of making rolled ice cream: </p>
   <p>
   <ol>Firstly, pour the ice cream mixture.</ol> 
   <ol> Secondly, chop and mix add-ons (such as fresh fruits and crunchs). </ol>
   <ol> Thirdly, cut into the stripes and roll up the spiral for ice cream.</ol> 
   <ol> Lastly, place in a vertical position in an ice cream cup and top up with various toppings and decorations. </ol> 
     </p>

It returned back to business because of celebration of live probotic powder-based mixes invented by John Wudel who is a pioneer of alternative sweetners in the frozen yoghurt business. Can be top up with various toppings such as fresh fruits, crunchs and sauces.</p>
