         <li>August 9, 1941: Churchill meets with U.s. President Franklin D. Roosevelt where they create The Atlantic Charter and release it to the worlds press.</li>
         <li>December 7, 1941: Chuchill is with the U.S Ambassador to Britain when he recieves word from President Roosevelt about the bombing of Pearl Harbor.</li>
         <li>December 26, 1941: Churchill makes his first address to a joint session of The United States Congress.</li>
         <li>January 14, 1943: Churchill and President Roosevelt discuss the eventual invasion of mainland Europe at The Casablanca Conference.</li>
         <li>May 12, 1943: The Trident Conference starts in Washington D.C. with Churchill and Roosevelt mostly discussing future strategy.</li>
         <li>May 19, 1943Churchill praises the U.S and Britain as allies at a joint session of the U.S. Congress.</li>
         <li>August 19, 1943: Churchill and Roosevelt sign <a href="" target="_blank">The Quebec Agreement</a> at The Quebec Conference.</li>
         <li>November 22, 1943: Churchill, Roosevelt, and ROC leader Chiang Kal-shek meet in Cairo, Egypt to discuss how to defeat Japan.</li>
         <li>November 27, 1943: Churchill, Roosevelt, and Kal-shek sign <a href="" target="_blank">The Cairo Declaration</a>, which deals with the strategic plan against Japan.</li>
         <li>November 28, 1943: Chruchill and Roosevelt meet with Soviet Leader Joseph Stalin in Tehran to discuss war strategy.</li>
         <li>November 30, 1943: Churchill, Roosevelt and Stalin make an agreement codenamed, <a href="" target="_blank">Operation Overlord</a>, to plan an invasion of mainland Europe.</li>
        <li>June 6, 1944: British and U.S. troops lan at Normandy in France, which was part of Operation Overlord, while The Soviets attack from another side.  This day is known as <a href="" target="_blank">D-Day</a>.</li>
        <li>October 9, 1944: Churchill and Stalin meet at The Moscow Conference and make <a href="" target="_blank">The Percentage Agreement</a> to discuss influence in post-war Balkans.</li>
        <li>May 7, 1945: Germany surrenders to the western Allies.</li>
        <li>July 17, 1945: Churchill leads <a href="" target="_blank">The Potsdam Conference</a> with Stalin and new U.S. President Harry Truman.  Here the Allied leaders insist on the unconditional surrender of Japan.</li>
