Add External Stylesheets/Pens

Any URL's added here will be added as
s in order, and before the CSS in the editor. If you link to another Pen, it will include the CSS from that Pen. If the preprocessor matches, it will attempt to combine them before processing.

JavaScript

Babel is required to process package imports. If you need a different preprocessor remove all packages first.

Add External Scripts/Pens

Any URL's added here will be added as s in order, and run before the JavaScript in the editor. You can use the URL of any other Pen and it will include the JavaScript from that Pen.

HTML

The vh unit is very similar to the vw unit. With really the only difference being, it's relative to the viewport height instead of its width.

vh
stands for viewport height.

1vh is equal to, yes, you guessed it, 1/100th of the viewport height. If the viewport height is 100px, then 1vh will equal 1px.

The div below has a height property set to 10vh. Resize the page vertically to see its height change.

The
vh
unit can be used on properties other than height. Sounds familiar.

This text has a font size of 4vh.

You can even use
vh
to set an element's width. Wait. Really?

Yes. Really.
