Experimenting with blurring text inputs instead of the traditional discs which do little to reassure you that your typing you password.

Blurred password inputs would be helpful if you are unaware your in caps lock. Ideally, the blur would be enough so someone standing 5 feet from you can't make out what your typing, but you can still distinguish if the text looks like what your typing.

Right now, no blur solution is perfect, but I wouldn't really consider nondescript black discs to be perfect either. It's an idea...

  1. Holy Moly! I just realised that any website where I have saved a password in my browser, it only takes a second in the dev-tools to read my saved password.
