       <li>Father's name was Zygmunt Rotblat, owner of a horse-drawn carriage bussiness, which had to close down due to the start of World War One</li>
       <li>Obtained a spot in the physics department of the Free University of Poland after working as an electrician</li>
        <li>Met Tola Gryn in 1930, whom he will later marry</li>
        <li>Gained a Master of Arts in 1932</li>
        <li>Became a Doctor of Physics at the University of Warsaw in 1938</li>
        <li>Lost his wife, Tola Rotblat, after she was captured and sent to a concentration camp in 1939</li>
        <li>By 1944, he worked in the Manhattan Project along with James Chadwick, but at the same year, he left the project on the grounds of conscience, he was considered a soviet spy afterwards</li>
        <li>Returned to Britain and became one of its subjects, joined by his family members</li>
        <li>Became a Professor of Physics in 1949 at St. Bartholomew's hospital, later earning a PhD from Liverpool in 1950</li>
        <li>In 1955, became the youngest signature in the Rusell-Einstein Manifesto</li>
        <li>Founded the Pugwash Conference on Science and World Affairs in 1957</li>
        <li>Became a Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire in 1965</li>
        <li>Won the Albert Einstein Peace Prize in 1992</li>
        <li>Shared the Nobel Peace Prize of 1995 with the Pugwash Conference</li>
        <li>Obtained the Jamnalal Bajaj Award in 1999</li>
        <li>FOught endlessly against nuclear weapons, often expressing his beliefs during interviews before the 2004 presidential election</li>
