Drop Down Nav Menus

The nav menu is composed of an unordered list containing multiple list items. Each list item contains an anchor tag.

If you want the menu item to be a drop down, instead of an anchor tag, the <li> tag will instead have another unordered list. It's also possible to have both an anchor and an unordered list.

Link 1 is an example of a dropdown with just an unordered list

Link 2 is an example of a dropdown with both an anchor and an unordered list

Link 3 is just a normal nav link

Link 4 - sub 1 is a secondary slide out nav

This is just a basic example, so I didn't include animations. If you prefer to animate the display of the drop-down or slide-out menus, you can do that instead of using
display:none
or
display:block
