The process to register a company in Thailand

To register a company in Thailand, you need to:
Book the company’s name, ensure it is unique.

Opening a restaurant means you require a license for music and liquor.
Shipping company requires a license for export and import
Food and drugs seller require FDA license

A payment of 600 baht to 2,000 baht is the range for these licenses. However, every year some licenses need to be renewed such as music and liquor licenses.

Serviced office: Ideal to deal with small details. In this office, you can sign a contract, start a business with your laptop the same day.
Traditional office: It is expensive. You need to buy furniture, internet accounts, set up the phone, hire an administrator, and so on.

Bank Accounts
After you register a company in Thailand and get the registration, you can get a bank account for your company. Choose any bank and open an account. Get an online banking account to handle finances easily.

Paying Taxes
Another responsibility is filing taxes. Hire an accountant. He or she can be the same person who helped you to register a company in Thailand. You may ask for good referrals from local business owners to get a suitable person.

Paying taxes on time. It is best to avoid heavy fines, cancellation of work permits, asset seizure, jail or shut down of the company.
